We will assist you with all the administrative and financial management of your apartment.
An annual package is invoiced, which includes :

  • The checking and payment of the invoices (electricity, telephone, TV cables, etc.)
  • The receipt and payment of all invoices, controlling and payment of the annual building maintenance costs
  • The full inventory control of your chalet or apartment, including visual inspection as per agreement with the owners, collection of all post, snow removal, gardening and other services required by our clients
  • Full administrative control, including collection and payment of the Crans-Montana Tourist tax, annual tax returns, subscriptions, etc
  • We will assist with all written and verbal correspondence

 

If you would like to construct a chalet we use our experience to provide you with the best project management, taking your ideas from concept stage, through planning to execution. In other words, we manage the entire project from A to Z or from concept stage to completion, i.e. we hand you the keys upon completion.

 

We work with an insurance company which offers to our customers a complete range of services.
